A Common Law Commercial Lien has been lawfully established between myself, John Philbin: and the corporation/person/individual who accepts liability for the Name Charles: Nunn: and or "CHARLES NUNN", and all the directors of the Lloyds Bank PLC at address c/o Lloyds Bank PLC, 25 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7HN, herein referred to as “the Tortfeasors”.
Thus I am lawfully able to seize goods and assets that belong to the said Tortfeasors Charles: Nunn: and all the directors of Lloyds Bank PLC, up to the amount of the value of this Commercial Common Law Lien, to the total value and sum of £223,577,750.00 GBP.
This Notice is to inform the public, that the creditworthiness of this Tortfeasors is, henceforth, highly suspect, until the Lien lapses after a period of 99 years - or is, by some other means, removed; or the debt is voluntary paid or discharged by the herein named tortfeasors and lien debtors Charles: Nunn: and all the directors of Lloyds Bank PLC: before the 99 years lien period expires:
