A Common Law Commercial Lien has been LAWFULLY established between myself patrick:gleeson and the corporation/person/individual who accepts liability for the Name “Michael Treacy”and Kildare County Council c/o Kildare County Council, Aras Chill Dara, Devoy Park Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland.
Herein referred to as “the Tortfeasors”. Thus I am LAWFULLY able to seize goods and assets that belong to the Tortfeasors up to the amount of the Commercial Lien which is €5,000,000.00 plus interest for late payment.
This Notice is to inform that the creditworthiness of these Tortfeasors henceforth is highly suspect until the Lien lapses or is by some other means removed.

A Common Law Commercial Lien has been lawfully established between myself, :Steven: Afshar:, and the corporation/person/individual who accepts liability for the name Susan Allen, and/or “SUSAN ALLEN”, and all the directors of the Yorkshire Building Society, at address Yorkshire Building Society, Yorkshire House, Yorkshire Drive, Bradford, BD5 8LJ, herein referred to as the “Tortfeasors.”
Thus I am lawfully able to seize goods and assets that belong to the said Tortfeasors Susan Allen and all directors of the Yorkshire Building Society, up to the amount of the value of this Common Law Commercial Lien, to the total value and sum of £19,754,890 GBP.
This Notice is to inform the public that the creditworthiness of these Tortfeasors is, henceforth, highly suspect until the Lien lapses after a period of 99 years — or is, by some other lawful means, removed; or until the debt is voluntarily paid or discharged by the herein named Tortfeasors and lien debtors Susan Allen and all directors of the Yorkshire Building Society — before the 99-year lien period expires.
