NOTICE OF LIEN

A Common Law Commercial Lien has been LAWFULLY established between myself, kathryn: fairhurst: and the corporation/person/individual who accepts liability for the Name christopher: gowland: and or "CHRISTOPHER GOWLAND", at address c/o The Mortgage Business PLC, at Bridge House, near Queens Park Road, Chester, herein referred to as “the Tortfeasor”. Thus I am LAWFULLY able to seize goods and assets that belong to the said Tortfeasor christopher: gowland:, up to the amount of this Commercial Lien, to the total value and sum of £7,220,186.04.

This Notice is to inform the public, that the creditworthiness of this Tortfeasor is, henceforth, highly suspect, until the Lien lapses after a period of 99 years - or is, by some other means, removed; or the debt is voluntary paid or discharged by the herein named tortfeasor and lien debtor christopher: gowland: before the 99 years lien period expires:
